Free Stuff • Group Discount. One member may attend free with four paid registrations listed on the same purchase order. The purchase order and copies of the five registrations must be mailed together and postmarked by March 15, 2010.
• All non-member registrations include an individual membership to KSDC through September 30, 2010.
• Continental breakfast, lunch and snacks included as part of each conference day.

Registration Information:
Two ways to register: Registrations will be accepted by mail or online. To register online indicate your first and second choices for sessions A-E. If you register online, please indicate you have done that when you mail your purchase order or check to Janel Andrews so we do not register you two times. All registrations require a purchase order or check. There is a cost break for those who register by March 15, 2010. There is also a cost break for teams of 5 who register and send a combined purchase order with copies of the registration by March 15, 2010. The fifth person's registration will be waived.

To get the best selection for breakout sessions, please register early. Because the number for each session is limited it is important that you indicate your first and second choice. Full and cancelled sessions will be listed on our website.

Refunds:
A full refund will be issued upon written request received by Janel Andrews by March 15, 2010. One half refund will be issued upon written request received by Janel Andrews by March 22, 2010. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after March 22, 2010. You may send a substitute participant.
